Based on one of the world’s leading ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Solutions d.o.o. decided to use its power and develop a vertical solution designed especially for distribution to large number of customers (gas, water, electricity, cable TV, public utilities, newspaper subscriptions, etc.) named GASTONE. Based on the experience we’ve achieved by meeting the needs of our customers (major gas distributors in south-east Europe) we’ve created a world class solution completely integrated in Navision, using all its advantages and configured to bring growth and added value.

KEY FEATURES
- Complete customer overview (customer status, consumption tracking, customer construction and supply contract management)
- Complete overview of distribution network (network division to sectors, communities…; network construction control; internal / external construction management – constructor contract management and constructor invoicing control; the possibility to sale the network)
- Potential customer inquiring (by questioning supported also on hand terminals)
- Automatic periodic invoicing by formulas based on meter readings or preliminary agreed amounts

SUPPLY MANAGEMENT
Supply Management module supports companies in entire distribution management process; from inquiring potential customers and creating quotes, to creating construction and supply contracts. Typical documents, such as quotes and contracts, can be created by using templates. Beside informative data all these documents have all data for creating one or more periodic invoices. Main advantage of Supply Management system are customer and network statistics. All data, that for example technical department needs for its work are available in this module (assignment of works, meter changes…), so no phone or paper communication between departments is needed. Supply Management is a basic module for other two modules of Gastone System.

SUPPLY SALES
Supply Sales module covers entire distribution invoicing process; from automatic creating and inserting reading sheets, to procedures and activities for automatic generating large number of invoices and all later phases of customer relation management (communication, changing customer data and conditions, consumption tracking, payment tracking, data history tracking, …). You can define internal activities for your employees.

SUPPLY JOBS
Supply Jobs module covers the entire network construction process; from assigning works to constructors and / or internal employees, to final statement of work that the constructor has done, with verification of their invoices. Automatic network selling is also supported by this module. All data for assigning works (when to assign, what to assign, who to assign to…) are taken from Supply Management module. As the status of work changes (progress of work, finish of work…), the status of customer or part of the network changes in Supply Management module. Commercial department gets all the information for further work.
